Photo Gallery

Gallery Listing 

The initial page in the photo gallery shows all galleries with the latest four photos. 

 

Gallery View

To view all photos in a Gallery, click on the gallery title or one of the photos on the gallery listing page.From this view you can click on a single photo to see a larger version,or click on the "Back to Galleries" link to return to the galleries listing.

 

Photo View

To view a larger version of a photo, go to the gallery view and then click on the photo. When in this view you can use the "Previous" and "Next" links to navigate through all photos in the gallery.

 

Creating a Gallery

To create a new gallery click on the "Add New Gallery" link, fill in the form and click "Save". 

 

Adding Photos to a Gallery

To add photos to a gallery, go to the Gallery view and click the "Add New Photos to Gallery" link.  This link will only be available to the member who created the gallery and will open a popup where you can upload photos to the gallery.  To upload a photo click on the "Upload" button and select photos (you can select multiple photos at once using the Control or Shift keys).  When you have uploaded your photos click done. 

 

Editing Photo Information

You can edit photo names by going to the gallery view and clicking on the "Edit Photo Information" link.  This link will only be visible to the member who created the gallery, and will open a form where you can edit names for each photo.  Fill in the form and click the "Save" button.

 

Deleting Galleries & Photos

You can delete a gallery by clicking in the "Delete Gallery" link on the galleries listing page.  This link will only be available to the member who created the gallery, and only when all photos in the gallery have been deleted.  To delete a photo, go to the gallery view and click the "Delete" icon link below the photo.  This link will also only be available to the member who created the gallery.
