Club History
Levin Waiopehu Tramping Club (LWTC) was founded in 1927 and has been an integral part of the outdoor pursuits entered into in the Tararua ranges and on Mt Ruapehu.
LWTC has two club backcountry huts in the Tararua ranges and a ski lodge located on the Whakapapa ski field of Mt Ruapehu.We at LWTC desire to see more and more people enjoy the outdoors within the safety and fun of a club environment.
